If I ever win the lottery, the first thing I am going to do is rent billboard space! For some reason I've had this fantasy for a while. I win (or make... somehow) a great deal of money and with my newfound fortune I take over billboards in the city I am living in, filling them with cryptic messages of love, hope, and overall goodness. I used to have a good assortment of phrases I would like to have used/seen, however, my memory is not what it once was, so these were the first two I recalled.
Any other suggestions?

Some years ago, in the ID Forty ("Forty Designers Under Forty"), one of the people they featured was this guy who was going around New York replacing the WALK part of the walk sign with a little grill that said HOPE instead. I think that sort of activity is highly comendable.
And my hair does smell great! Thanks, Ryan!

McCann? Is that you?
Your comment reminds me of another story. When I first moved to NYC I was interviewing for a job with either Better Homes and Gardens or Rosie (the magazine) and on my way up to the interview I noticed a button in the elevator that read:
"Help is on the way"
It was strangely poetic and I found comfort in it. The HR person I met with did not find it comforting or humorous when I related the story to her. Needless to say, I did not get the job. I did, however, get beaten-up by Rosie on the way out.
